Methuen City Offices Daily Hours: The Searles Building, 41 Pleasant St., and the Quinn Building City Offices, 90 Hampshire St., are open Monday through Thursday, 8am-4:30pm and Friday, 8am-Noon.

FEMA Homeowners Guide: The FEMA Homeowners Guide to Retrofitting is available on the second floor of the Nevins Library in the public documents section. The guide includes information on protecting your home from flooding as well as technical and financial assistance.
 
Senior Citizen Waste Disposal: White goods (appliances) and yard waste curbside pickup, along with disposal at the Transfer Station, are FREE OF CHARGE for Methuen senior citizens with proper identification. Information: Methuen DPW, 978-983-8545.
