Meeting of the Methuen Board of AssessorsOctober 9^th, 2007 

Chairperson Donald Gallant called the meeting to order at 8:30 am with the following members in attendance: Arthur Hutton, Arthur Fyfe, Tomas Hoye and Dennis Dizoglio.  A motion was made to accept the minutes of the previous meeting by Arthur Fyfe with a second by member Hutton, the motion carried unanimously.  The second order of business was to accept and sign all motor vehicle abatements and the preliminary commitment to the collector. The final order of business was to review a request for a clause 18.  After several minutes of discussion and review of information provided a motion was made by member Fyfe to deny the request; a second was made by member Hutton and the motion carried unanimously.  Having no further business to come before the board as motion was made to adjourn by member Hoye and seconded by member Fyfe, the motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 am.
