Support Services Bureau


The function of the Support Services Bureau is to provide administrative support to the police department and community.   Responsibilities include supervision of all training for department personnel, coordinating various elements of the hiring, management information systems, legal department liaison, policy development, supervising administrative services such as payroll and records management and firearms licensing.

It is responsible for educational career enhancement programs and coordination of computers and crime analysis and mapping activities. The Support Services Bureau is also responsible for the management and distribution of departmental equipment and property as well as evidence & property control.
