Municipal Lien Certificate Requests Now Available Online
The Treasurer’s Office is pleased to announce that you can now request a Municipal Lien Certificate (MLC) online.
Visit Methuen.gov/mlc to submit your request quickly and easily.

Mission Statement
The Office of the Treasurer/Tax Collector is responsible for all cash management activities of the City of Methuen, including collection of all taxes, investment of all City funds and disbursement of all accounts payable and payroll funds. Cash payments are not accepted at the Searles Building (City Hall). Checks or credit card payments only will be accepted. Credit or debit card payments can also be made via the Online Bill Payment links located on the left column. Please Note: There is a fee associated with credit or debit payments.
