Methuen Accessory Dwelling Units
The City is actively working to implement the state's new ADU law. As part of this effort, updates to the Zoning Ordinance are being made to ensure compliance before ADU applications can be processed. Additionally, the City will be rolling out a new online application to simplify the process for Methuen residents. These ordinance changes require review and approval by the City Council. Once approved and finalized, the City’s online ADU application will be launched on this website, and applications will be accepted and processed.
