Step back in time and explore one of Methuen’s most iconic landmarks! Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025, for guided tours of the historic Searles Estate, located at 209 Lawrence Street. Tours will take place rain or shine.

• Tour Hours: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (20-minute intervals)
• Tour Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
• Format: Tours will now be offered first-come, first-served every 20 minutes from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Safety & Security Guidelines

• No children under age 6
• No unaccompanied minors
• No backpacks or large bags
• No food or drinks allowed
• No restrooms available on site

This is a walking tour through a 19th-century estate with stairways and long corridors. Please note:

• No elevator or ADA accessibility
• No air conditioning; limited air circulation inside
• High temperatures inside buildings

Visitors with heat sensitivity, allergies, or breathing issues may prefer to remain outdoors and enjoy the open grounds.
